Custom firmware for Stempod and what mods they pair well with

Last week we looked at different box mods for Stempod. As we mentioned most box mods will work but, the best choice for a box mod is one that has external batteries, and supports custom firmware. This firmware can be installed to the device to allow more features such as a longer draw limit, and even change the UI.

TuboEvic and MyEvic are the most popular among Stempod and 510 users. The added features such as extended heating time, UI changes, and even more. If you need more information, click the TuboEvic heading.

Sur

Sur firmware is a fork of myevic custom firmware. This firmware is quite similar to MyEvic but has a few different features. One of the coolest being the ability to save custom profiles to the device. These are great if you have different configs for different stems and want to be able to switch back and forth quickly.
